Short synopsis of your project.
Tone and Execution -- What's your approach
Objective -- What do they want to happen? What is the goal of this project?
Target Audience --- Who is your audience -- you can not answer everyone?
Positioning - rent a theater, internet, etc.
Mandatories -- What is needed to make the project happen.
Inventory -- What is done.
Timeline -- detailed!
